The more companies I work with, the more I think there is one fundamental question that people ask themselves when encountering new technology. And the way they ask it dictates exactly how much of a competitive advantage that the technology gives them. 

There is the common “How does this technology fit into the way I currently work?”. 

And the more rare “How does this technology change the way I currently work?”.

The answer is not really relevant, its how the question is asked that makes the difference.
